By accessing and using SuperPicker, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the application tools.

2. Free Personal & Commercial License

SuperPicker is provided to you 100% free of charge. You are granted a non-exclusive license to use these tools for both personal drawings (party decisions, family games) and commercial draws (raffle drawings, YouTube sweepstakes, classroom assignments).

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

SuperPicker tools are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the tools will work uninterrupted, error-free, or be compatible with older browser configurations that lack Web Audio or Web Crypto modules.

4. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, compile, or suspend any tool page without notice to improve loading speeds, update layouts, or clean up source systems.
